Andy Cope

Andy is an independent Housing Standards Consultant based in Derbyshire. Andy assists landlords, agents and local authorities meet health & safety standards and legislative requirements.

As a former Senior Local Authority Housing Standards Enforcement Officer at Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham City Council’s, he has over 22 years experience in assessing private residential property.

Susan Cope

Susan is the Managing Director of Professional Properties and has been involved in the lettings industry since 1999. Susan acquired Professional Properties in 2007 with husband, Daren.

Her experience in all matters relating to lettings, property management and legislation is unrivalled.

Daren Cope

Daren is the Finance Director at Professional Properties. He has been involved in local property since 1991 as management accountant with Gainsborough Properties, Ashley Adams and Graham Penny Auctions.

His involvement in Professional Properties started in 2007 when he and Susan acquired Professional Properties.
