Electronic signatures allow the signing of tenancy agreements and other documentation to be done remotely on smartphones, tablets and computers. This removes the requirement for tenants and landlords to visit our office, should they wish to sign digitally.

Our Tenancy Management Department oversees the tenancy from the day of move in right through until the day the tenant moves out and the property is re-marketed.
The team does not simply deal with maintenance issues, the team ensures that the property is compliant with the 150 plus pieces of government legislation as well as ensuring that any correspondence or dialogue between landlord and tenant is efficient and accurate.
Many agents outsource the property management function of the business, especially the larger, corporate agents. At Professional Properties, we firmly believe that keeping the management of the properties in house represents a much better option for all parties concerned. Landlords and tenants have a local contact who is always there should the unexpected arise and the overseeing of all necessary repairs and maintenance is much easier to control.
All Accounts functions are also performed in house for ultimate control. Landlords are paid EVERY WEEKDAY so that rental monies are received in landlord’s accounts as soon as possible. Many agents pay landlords weekly and some, even monthly!
